As we drive transformation in our technological landscape, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Platforms Engineer to join our OT Windows team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver secure, scalable, and automated solutions in critical OT environments. The ideal candidate will spearhead the design, implementation, and management of vital OT platforms in both Windows and Linux environments. Collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, and operations teams is essential to deliver resilient and compliant infrastructure solutions aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance platform performance and resource utilization. Lead technical support activities and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring minimal system downtime and improving support processes. Participate in platform backup planning and lead disaster recovery design and testing. Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Design and configure complex platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, promote knowledge sharing, and mentor junior engineers. Implement enterprise-grade systems across Windows Server and Linux platforms with a focus on high availability and security. Lead Active Directory and Linux directory services configurations. Develop and enforce Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies. Drive automation of system provisioning and management using scripting and orchestration tools. Manage software deployment through SCCM, Intune, and Linux tools. Secure cloud platforms for hybrid OT environments, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement zero-trust principles and least-privilege access. Perform root cause analysis on complex issues and lead remediation efforts. Produce and maintain architectural documentation and operational procedures. Act as a technical advisor influencing enterprise architecture decisions. Monitor system performance and implement resilience measures. Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. 5+ years of relevant experience in platforms engineering. Extensive experience designing and managing large-scale Windows and Linux environments. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux distributions (RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu). Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture and Linux identity management. Proficient in IAM, IGA, and PAM technologies. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and integration strategies. Experience with enterprise migrations and modernization initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration in OT environments is a plus.
