Why Start Your CF with PDS? From your very first day, you will be partnered with a dedicated, experienced SLP supervisor who will provide weekly guidance focused on your professional development. With ongoing training and regular check-ins from PDS clinical support, you'll join a team that values learning, reflection, and continuous professional growth, all while gaining vital hands-on experience in school-based settings. Your Responsibilities as a Clinical Fellow: You'll manage a meaningful caseload, working mainly with school-aged children. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs Facilitating assessments under supervision and contributing to evaluation reports Collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support student goals Engaging in supervision and professional development opportunities Providing timely and accurate documentation, including SOAP notes Coordinating your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours Progressing through all ASHA Clinical Fellowship requirements toward full licensure At PDS, you’ll always have support on your journey—your success is our shared mission.
