Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer you will work with your product team to develop customer-centric digital software products from idea to production. This role will lead in solving technical problems with developers, product owners and scrum masters to truly satisfy prospective and existing customers. Contribute refreshing and sometimes disruptive new ways to best our customers in a way that addresses the customer first as a cornerstone of our methodology. Represent and explore technical capabilities and opportunities in the iterative design process and product roadmap to support better customer experiences and greater agility. Continually enhance full delivery pipeline through automation, expanded yet increasingly efficient test coverage, ultimately optimizing time-to-market and quality. Desired development skills: Software development team lead with experience developing cloud-hosted, responsive, single page web applications using JavaScript, Java, HTML5, CSS3 High proficiency with client side JavaScript frameworks (preferably React/Redux), server side frameworks (preferably NodeJS) and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB) Able to integrate with and managing APIs exposing microservices (REST, SOAP) including development and support of Java/JavaScript services Familiarity with event-based System of Engagement architectures Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, Kanban, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Test Engineers) Demonstrates leadership and active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins/Bamboo, Mocha/Karma, etc) Ideally familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer analytics data, understanding how these drive hypotheses-based development Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with track record of taking solution ownership A Bachelors or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. 8+ years of professional software development experience.
