This role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Note that temporary associates are not eligible for benefits but can participate in the company's 401(k) program. Medication Administration Technicians will administer or assist with self-administration of prescribed medication and treatments, observing and reporting responses to supervisors, in accordance with state regulations and after completing required training/certification. You will ensure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. Communication with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery will also be required. Completion of training/certification is mandatory based on state regulations.
