Job Description The Preconstruction Executive will be responsible for: Leading preconstruction planning efforts, including budgeting and scheduling for construction projects. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Analyzing project specifications and drawings to develop comprehensive cost estimates. Identifying potential risks and providing mitigation strategies during the preconstruction phase. Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to ensure project alignment. Supporting the transition from preconstruction to construction by providing detailed handovers. Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. The Successful Applicant A successful Preconstruction Executive should have: Proven expertise in preconstruction and construction management within the business services industry. Strong analytical skills to evaluate project specifications and cost estimates. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. Proficiency in construction project management tools and software.
