Safety Manager - Broad Commercial Construction

About Our Client The client is an established commercial contractor known for delivering complex, largescale projects across multiple sectors. Their work spans groundup developments, major renovations, and missioncritical facilities. They prioritize safety, quality, and disciplined project execution. Job Description Oversee all onsite construction activities for ground-up commercial builds. Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daytoday workflow. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and regulatory compliance. Monitor project schedules and coordinate inspections. Conduct quality control checks and track project progress. Resolve onsite issues quickly to prevent delays. Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and design teams. Maintain daily reports, site logs, and project documentation. The Successful Applicant 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent, or similar role. Strong background in broad commercial construction (office, mixeduse, institutional, industrial, etc.). Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Solid understanding of site development, utilities, structural work, and finishes. Proven leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills. Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
