Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - $15K Sign-On Bonus! Healthcare Support is seeking Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join a leading hospital team in Tallahassee, FL. Shift Options: Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including (Days & Nights) Compensation Notes: $29-44/hour + shift differential if applicable $15,000 Sign-On-Bonus Daily Responsibilities for Registered Respiratory Therapist: Perform and document respiratory assessments; conduct diagnostic procedures; administer respiratory therapies (oxygen, aerosols, chest physiotherapy); assist with artificial airway placement; and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation. Monitor patients for therapeutic response, intervene or notify providers as needed; support transport of ventilator-dependent patients; and respond to emergencies to ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation.
