Customer Service Rep--Mailroom clerk List of Responsibilities: Sort mail Pick up/ deliver mail and shipments to corresponding recipient Shipping/ Receiving Front Desk Reception/ Answer and direct calls appropriately Run mail through postage and folding machines Create outgoing shipping labels/ Scan incoming labels Medhok folding Setting up training rooms with chairs and tables with the requested layout for meetings Using systems on a daily basis such as Outlook, Excel, Genesys Restock floors with copy paper, envelopes, and other mailing supplies Support Facilities Department and other department staff upon any request they have Perform other tasks as assigned Must be flexible with scheduled hours when needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties. Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately. Experience with data entry is desirable. Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending, and climbing. Previous experience with data entry is advantageous. The pay rate for this position starts at $16.00 - $17.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
