Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Vice President and oversee 10-15 stores within your designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our Key Performance Indicators (The Acuity Way) and enhance our Customer Service Model (S.E.R.V.E.). You will implement essential programs that balance top line sales with bottom line profitability. At AEG, we believe in achieving results through a focus on TALENT. Delivering our S.E.R.V.E. model and driving positive Net Promoter Score outcomes. Fostering strong collaborative relationships between practice managers and operational directors. Actively recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional talent within your stores. Leading the integration of newly acquired businesses into the AEG framework, ensuring alignment with Acuity Way practices. Upholding the highest standards of operating policies and procedures, including merchandising, store presentation, and accurate sales transactions. Overseeing inventory management, loss prevention strategies, and discounting policies. Engaging with various operational projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the district. Requirements for this role include: A college degree is preferred, coupled with a strong background in multi-store operations management. Experience in the optical industry is a plus. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple brands within the organization. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
