LEAD TECH - RADIOLOGY EVENINGS 8Hr Shifts

Responsibilities The Lead Technologist - Imaging reports to the Director of Diagnostic possible for assisting the department director in supervising Imaging procedures performed by staff. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement and initiative of a technical level, not requiring constant supervision. Qualifications EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate or equivilent required. Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in diagnostic imaging preferred, acute care experience preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: Certification by the California Department of Health Services and the American Registry of Radiologist Technologists (ARRT and CRT) required. Current Certification by the State of California Fluoroscopy Permit required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification through the American Heart Association required.
