Industry Insurance Type Public Company Founded 1927 Employees 10,001+ About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Vice President of Strategic Advising to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner for organizations, guiding them through critical people decisions and fostering better workplace environments. Your primary responsibilities will include: Retaining and expanding our portfolio of clients. Driving overall client strategies and ensuring client satisfaction, ultimately achieving growth goals. Managing a book of business, handling renewals and enhancing existing accounts. Collaborating closely with the service team to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years in a related field. Professional licensing is required, along with a willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the industry and designations such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM. We seek someone with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, sharp problem-solving abilities focused on root cause analysis, and a track record of managing competing priorities. You should be tech-savvy to maximize productivity and excel in building collaborative relationships. A consultative sales approach and the capacity to engage in meaningful consultative dialogues are critical to success in this role.
