Are you passionate about environmental data management? Join our team as a Junior Environmental Data Management Specialist, where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative technical solutions while applying your knowledge of environmental data and EQuIS software. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, and a desire to learn and troubleshoot. In this role, you will: Implement EQuIS data management solutions with guidance from data management leaders and EQuIS subject matter experts. Assist in project data management, including tracking, loading, and delivering data efficiently. Learn and adhere to our established data management best practices. Develop your skills to contribute to all phases of data management in EQuIS. Collaborate in a dynamic team environment with data managers, scientists, planners, engineers, and technologists. Cultivate the attributes of a strong consultant: be a team player, eager to learn and grow, take initiative, be versatile, and maintain a client service mindset. Help create and implement project plans, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and safety. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Geology, Engineering, or a related field. Have 8-12 years of experience in environmental data management, analytical data validation, and data visualization. Bring 5+ years of experience with EQuIS software, including modules like Professional, EDP, SPM, Collect, and Enterprise. Experience in environmental software implementations within a consulting or industrial context is a plus. Demonstrate experience in designing or automating digital workflows across project planning, mobile data collection, data management, analysis, and visualization.
