Key Responsibilities: Lead teams in identifying business requirements, designing functional processes, mapping scenarios, prototyping, testing, and training. Devise strategies for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Create comprehensive statements of work and client proposals. Manage vendor relationships and oversee resources and budgets for client projects. Facilitate engaging workshops to educate clients. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical functional issues. Offer subject matter expertise to facilitate informed decision-making regarding functional solutions. Guide and mentor project staff, effectively managing performance metrics. Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. Architect comprehensive Workday HCM solutions that ensure cohesion across all work streams and address cross-functional impacts. Advise clients on industry standards and best practices. Leverage Workday and Accenture methodologies effectively. Provide regular status updates to the Delivery Lead on project progress. Manage client and stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals. Promote adherence to Workday best practices. Drive innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and assets. Travel Requirements: This role may necessitate travel, which can range from 0 to 100% based on business and client needs. Qualifications: Workday Partner Certification is required. Minimum of 5 years of consulting or client-side experience in a leadership role. At least 5 years of functional experience in HCM. A minimum of 5 years involved in Workday Implementations. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); if holding an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of experience in Workday-related implementations. Knowledge of HR functions and processes. Experience with implementations in Education or Government sectors. Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies based on various factors such as specific office location, role, skill set, and experience level. Anticipated salary ranges are as follows: California: $94,400 to $266,300 Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000 Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000 District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000 Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000 Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000 Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000 Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000 New York: $87,400 to $266,300 New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300 Washington: $100,500 to $245,000 Equal Employment Opportunity: Accenture is committed to providing equal opportunity and fostering a diverse workplace.
