Position: Examination Center Administrator Location: 5440 Morehouse Drive Suite 3100, San Diego, CA 92121 Compensation: $19.89/hr Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 90 days Working Hours: Option 1: Part Time: Mon through Thurs: 4pm-10pm Option 2: Part Time: Mon, Wed, Fri: 4pm-10pm & Sat: 8am-2pm About PSI At PSI, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. About the Role We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Examination Center Administrators. In this role, you will oversee testing processes and ensure a smooth experience for test takers, while strictly adhering to established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Create a warm and welcoming environment for all test takers. Ensure exam security through detailed checks and procedures. Verify identification and clearly explain testing rules and processes. Conduct thorough security checks and uphold company policies. Provide assistance to individuals with special needs to ensure accessibility. Supervise exams and manage the efficient delivery of tests. Set up workstations and equipment to ensure optimal conditions for test takers. Maintain the highest integrity and standards during exam supervision. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues in the Test Center. Handle opening and closing procedures for the test center. Perform cleaning duties, including sanitizing workstations after use. Deliver test results that can influence the future of test takers. Adhere to all company policies to enhance the overall experience for test takers. Complete necessary training and annual refreshers for compliance and knowledge updating. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in similar roles is beneficial but not required; comprehensive training will be provided. Customer service experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to manage stressful situations effectively. High attention to detail. Team player with a collaborative spirit. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus. Basic computer skills required. Physical ability to stand and walk for approximately 40% of the shift.
