In the role of Marketing Specialist - Education Services, you will play an integral part in executing marketing strategies for FACTS Education Services, covering professional development, instructional services, coaching, and federal funding consulting. Your collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead will be vital in bringing marketing campaigns to fruition, supporting sales enablement efforts, and ensuring clear communication about how FACTS partners with schools to enhance student success and educator development. This position is designed for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven context and enjoys transforming strategic ideas into polished, high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Increase awareness of FACTS Education Services programs by driving customer engagement strategies, including webinars, conference marketing, school outreach, and federal funding awareness initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Regional Vice Presidents, Education Services leaders, Product Marketing, and various internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with school outreach and growth opportunities. Assist in creating and maintaining campaign briefs for Education Services initiatives to define clear goals, messaging, and deliverables. Plan and manage logistics for conferences and events, including preparing marketing materials and coordinating with internal teams. Work closely with Content Marketing and Creative teams to produce effective marketing materials like one-pagers, sales presentations, landing pages, and promotional content that highlight program value. Review creative outputs prior to approval to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Update website content, sales materials, and digital assets to reflect the latest Education Services offerings and positioning. Assist in the creation of digital marketing components for email, social media, and campaigns advocating for professional development, instructional services, and coaching programs. Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to discover opportunities for customer-focused campaigns aligned with seasonal demands, such as Title consultation cycles and back-to-school initiatives. Track campaign performance through result compilation, post-campaign analysis, and involvement in debrief discussions with stakeholders. Support the preparation of follow-up materials, surveys, and summary reports from events and webinars to guide future marketing strategies. Conduct research on K-12 education trends, federal funding updates, and professional learning best practices to enhance messaging and positioning. Stay informed about emerging trends in education marketing, school leadership development, and professional learning to recognize new campaign opportunities. Utilize marketing technology platforms effectively to guarantee efficient execution, precise tracking, and cohesive communication across campaigns. Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Education: Bachelor's Degree required, with a preference for degrees in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. Strong preference for candidates with K-12 education experience or previous work with schools. Experience with marketing technology (CRM, email platforms, webinar tools, project management systems) is desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced setting.
