Global Supply Chain Manager - Connectivity Solutions

Summary: The ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations team is focused on efficiently planning and executing supply chain operations that guarantee the timely and cost-effective availability of vital data center equipment. This is essential for the peak performance of Meta's data centers. We are seeking an enthusiastic Global Supply Chain Manager to advance our mission. In this role, you will oversee and support supply chain operations to ensure the successful completion of Meta Data Center and Corporate Cabling fiber and infrastructure projects, while meeting timelines and specifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed supply plans to optimize capacity utilization, ensuring business objectives are met and facilitating timely, accurate supply communications. Publish build plans to suppliers, actively monitor lead times, and track production schedules against the plan, taking proactive measures to address deviations and mitigate risks. Identify potential supply risks early and foster advancements in manufacturing and operations through vendor capability assessments, streamlining supplier processes to minimize disruptions. Stay informed about geopolitical market conditions and technology trends, recognizing challenges and opportunities in supply and demand. Ensure operational readiness for new equipment, suppliers, and geographical expansions within the supply chain. Collaborate with Capacity Delivery Leads, Construction teams, and General Contractors to resolve unforeseen delivery challenges and maintain prioritized schedules. Partner with demand managers and procurement teams to optimize supply plan fulfillment. Work with Sourcing & Quality teams to support category strategies, business allocation plans, and conduct supplier performance reviews as part of Integrated Product Teams. Facilitate the implementation and adoption of process improvements while enhancing data systems and metrics to increase supply visibility and accuracy. Build and cultivate supplier relationships with a focus on continuous performance enhancement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations, including forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS/MRP, inventory control, and logistics. Proven track record in enhancing and managing supplier performance. Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting and analyzing information to drive problem-solving initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure is highly desirable.
