They are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to help lead their Data Center division in San Antonio. Job Description The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary owner and designteam liaison. Oversee project budget, cost control, forecasting, and change management to meet profitability goals. Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, coordinating closely with field leadership. Negotiate and manage major subcontracts, procurement, and contract compliance. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Drive quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes and specifications. Manage, mentor, and develop project teams including PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support future business opportunities. The Successful Applicant The Senior Project Manager should have the following: 7+ years of progressive project management experience Data Center project experience is required - if not, then needs to have complex, large-scale projects Demonstrated success overseeing multimilliondollar portfolios. Strong financial, contractual, and operational understanding of general construction. Excellent communication skills with proven clientfacing experience. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
