This Position reports to: Market Development Manager As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects.Each day, you willacquireknowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will alsoshowcaseyour skills by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is onsite inCary, North Carolina. You will bemainly accountablefor: Collaborating with various teams to support ABB's operations, ensuring effective coordination andtimelyproject completion within the defined timelines. Leveraging insightsaboutcustomer needs and ABB's offerings toidentifysuitable solutions for clients, leading to project results that meet customer expectations. Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts. Seeking feedback and guidance frommanagerand team members to improve performance and skills. Qualifications for the role: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States. Internmust have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality.
