As a Board Member, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic vision of our organization, ensuring its financial health, and championing our mission. This is a volunteer role that requires your commitment to regular board meetings, active engagement in committee efforts, and the sharing of your expertise, resources, and networks to enhance our impact. Key Responsibilities: Provide governance and oversight Ensure financial accountability Engage in fundraising efforts Advocate for our mission Participate in strategic planning Contribute to committee initiatives Evaluate organizational effectiveness Uphold legal and ethical standards We seek candidates who are deeply committed to our mission and embrace our values.
