Are you ready to pave the path to your future? We are seeking both Junior and Senior level CAD Designers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing geometric design projects. Your Role: Assist engineers in utilizing OpenRoads Designer to create comprehensive roadway plan sets and contribute to minor design work on various roadway projects. Enhance project production sheets by incorporating dimensions and organizing plans, title, and detail sheets. Perform basic mathematical and quantity calculations associated with roadway and bridge projects. Collaborate with engineers to develop detailed 3D models using OpenRoads Designer. Research relevant design codes and guidelines to ensure compliance in all designs. Investigate design options and document findings effectively. Coordinate tasks with the project team and supervisor to ensure efficiency. Conduct quality control reviews of design plans and calculations. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor. Be a supportive team player, ready to assist other teams as necessary. Qualifications Required: An Associate degree from a technical or four-year institution, preferably in Computer Aided Drafting or a related field. 3-15 years of relevant experience in roadway drafting. Candidates with less than 3 years of experience may be considered if they hold a degree in a related field. Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening as part of safety compliance. Note that federal guidelines may differ from state-specific regulations. Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) required. Why Join Us?
