Job Summary: The purpose of the Human Resources Business Partner- Home Health and Hospice is to provide support to designated divisions of the company in all areas of personnel management including on-boarding, payroll processing preparation, benefits administration, and employee relations in accordance with established company policy and applicable state and federal laws. Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred or equivalent coursework Previous experience within HR functions of multi site Home Health and Hospice agencies Knowledge of Paycom is preferred Knowledge of Home Care Home Base Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees and leadership Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in on-boarding and orientations through an online platform Excellent organization and prioritizing skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to read, write, and speak the English language Essential Functions: Ensure new hire onboarding through HRIS and interactive orientation with each new hire via online platform Auditing the preparation and maintenance of all electronic employee personnel and payroll files assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality Assist operational leaders with performance related evaluations and discussions with employees Assist employees with routine inquiries concerning payroll, benefits, personnel policies, employment openings Partner with division leaders to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives Provide support and guidance to managers in coaching and counseling employees Assist in implementation of all company sponsored events/programs for employees Assist the corporate HR team in scheduling/coordinating continuing education as deemed necessary Investigate any grievance filed by an employee and recommend resolution Other duties as assigned We are an Equal opportunity employer; We offer an excellent benefit plan to include 401K with match, CEU reimbursement, vacation, sick, holidays, medical, dental, and supplemental insurance Plans as well as a Highly competitive compensation package.
