Utilize your skills to make a meaningful impact Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant technical experience Expertise in data compilation, modeling, interpretation, and analysis to discern variances and trends Capability to refine and enhance modeling techniques Experience in managing data to drive operational and strategic decisions Strong comprehension of departmental, segmental, and organizational strategies A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences within the healthcare sector Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Background in finance or actuarial sciences Project Management Certification Additional Information This role is centered on preparing data for comprehensive Medicaid actuarial analyses across the industry. While this is primarily a remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices may be necessary for training or meetings. Work Schedule 40 hours per week Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $66,800 - $91,100 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
