About the Role: We are seeking a Payroll and Tax Compliance Administrator to join our Corporate Payroll Team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both local and field operations by effectively addressing payroll inquiries. Key responsibilities include: Verifying the accuracy of preliminary and final payrolls. Collaborating with team members to resolve payroll-related issues. Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. This position will initially require in-office training, transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates based in Birmingham are strongly preferred. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. No experience required with Bachelor's or four years of relevant Payroll experience with a High School Diploma. Excellent computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, ADP, and/or UKG preferred.
