This role requires spending time directly with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor. Responsibilities Lead technical aspects of cloud projects, ensuring collaboration with onshore and offshore teams to meet client commitments effectively. Facilitate technical workshops and ensure adherence to quality processes. Communicate project status, manage risks, and implement necessary mitigations. Deliver technical scope on time and on budget, fostering client satisfaction and creating referenceable customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate: Expertise in SaaS Applications and OCI/PaaS technology, with a solid understanding of HCM Cloud functionality. Strong client relationship management skills, promoting active listening and collaboration. Proficiency in leading and mentoring teams, ensuring success and fostering a culture of engagement. Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Effective problem-solving capabilities to address complex technical challenges. Ability to serve as a technical liaison between clients and offshore teams. Experience in sales pursuit activities, including technical discovery and solution design. A focus on innovation and continuous improvement in cloud solutions and processes. Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of OCI with experience in secure architecture design and implementation. Expertise in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions. Experience leading technical tracks and developing reusable assets for efficient deployments. Advanced integration skills, particularly with platforms such as OIC and designing enterprise strategies. Ability to create complex BI reports and develop customizations using analytics tools. Experience with security protocols like IDCS, SAML, and OAUTH. Functional Skills Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities, including Core HR and Payroll. Capability to design efficient cross-functional solutions and workflows. Project management experience in planning, tracking, and resource management. Ability to build strong technical relationships with clients and lead discussions effectively. Continually improve your knowledge of emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
