We bring out the best in each other.We are seeking a UI-heavy UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on digital experiences.This role will emphasize visual design, branding integration, and UI execution, while maintaining UX fundamentals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality, visually compelling digital interfaces aligned with brand standardsTranslate marketing strategies into engaging user experiencesCreate UI designs for digital flows (campaigns, landing pages)Apply and extend existing design systems while supporting branding integration initiativesCollaborate with:Creative DirectorsMarketing stakeholdersProduct and development teamsProduce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypesPresent design rationale clearly to stakeholdersIncorporate feedback quickly in fast-paced marketing cyclesRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of UI/UX design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing:Visual/UI excellenceMarketing or acquisition-driven workBrand-forward digital experiencesAdvanced proficiency in FigmaExperience working within established design systemsStrong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)Experience collaborating with branding and marketing teamsAbility to elevate UI while maintaining usability standardsBasic understanding of user flows and journey mappingBasic information architecture principles
