Trade Execution Specialist

Job Title: Trade Execution Specialist Location: Oaks, PA or nearby states(Remote-Must to be in east coast nearby states).Preference is onsite or atleast 1-2 days onsite. If it is a local candidate then onsite is must. Duration: Longterm Contract Job Description: As a Trade Execution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of trades across various asset classes. You will be responsible for managing trade processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise. Key Responsibilities: Trade Execution: Execute trades across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other asset classes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Trade Monitoring: Monitor trade execution processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve trade-related issues, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Reconciliation: Perform trade reconciliations to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. System Management: Utilize relevant trading systems and platforms to manage and streamline trade execution processes. Communication: Maintain excellent communication with internal teams (trading, compliance, risk, technology) and external parties (brokers, custodians, clearing agents) to facilitate smooth trade execution. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor trade execution performance and identify areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of trade execution processes. Compliance: Ensure all trade execution activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Qualifications: Experience: At least five years of experience in wealth management business operations, with a strong focus on trade execution. Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant trading systems and platforms. Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
