RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PART-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK: Enter data from various sources (paper documents, spreadsheets, etc.) into computer systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Accounting Clerk will process and send invoices to customers for reimbursement of funds Enter AP invoices into system Pull receipts from expense software and input into accounting software EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE PART-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy The Accounting Clerk should have familiarity with basic accounting procedures Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills EB-6521795388
