Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician

Join a team that values your expertise and career growth! tdgFacilities is seeking a dedicated full-time Mobile Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our clients in the Greater Cincinnati region. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, and routine repairs. You'll perform general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing work, painting, and more. Experience with HVAC systems and maintenance is a plus. Additional skills in commercial garage door repair, drywall, and light construction will enhance your contributions. Typical working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional on-call duties shared among team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure safe and proper use of equipment. Conduct general maintenance, including timely repairs and scheduled upkeep of facilities. Perform tasks in areas like light electrical and plumbing maintenance. Troubleshoot building repair issues effectively. Support small projects and special initiatives. Conduct safety inspections and respond to proactive facility requests. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs. Maintain truck inventory following company guidelines. Develop and nurture client relationships by participating in meetings. Utilize computer systems for managing work orders. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to self-manage and deliver quality service. Effective communication and time management abilities. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and have a valid driver's license.
