Finni Health is Hiring: Part-Time Floating RBT for KB Behavioral! We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a floating sub for the cities of Bruceton, Camden, Huntingdon, McKenzie, and Paris, TN. This unique position is ideal for someone who can provide coverage across multiple locations as needed. About the Role As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care in a child's home and community. You'll work one-on-one with families, helping children learn new skills and reach developmental milestones. Position Details Floating Sub Role: Must be available to cover shifts in Bruceton, Camden, Huntingdon, McKenzie, and Paris Shift Commitment: Must commit to 6 shifts per month minimum Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday Pay: $25-$28/hour based on experience Job Type: Part-time Location: In-person Key Responsibilities Provide in-person behavior intervention in a child's home and community settings Collect and record data on child behavior and skill development Participate in weekly supervision with the supervising BCBA Attend team meetings and collaborate with clinical staff What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible hours and career advancement opportunities PTO and Sick Days Mileage reimbursement What You'll Need Certified RBT (Required) Active CPR Certification (Preferred) Minimum high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Passion for working with children, especially those with special needs Willingness to sit on the floor, kneel, or move around frequently Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Important Information To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check.
