Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Mobility and ambulation assistance per care plan Medication reminders (self-administered only) Vital signs as directed Provide companionship and emotional support Follow and document care per Plan of Care Report changes in client condition Qualifications Active PA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reliable transportation Ability to lift/transfer up to 200 lbs with assistance 1 year experience preferred (not required) Work Environment In-home client setting High exposure to bloodborne pathogens Must complete a criminal background check and other checks required by law.
