Your Responsibilities Assist corporate clients (individuals and groups) in planning and booking travel. Coordinate domestic and international travel, covering air, rail, road, and accommodations. Utilize your extensive GDS experience in Apollo and Galileo. Communicate seamlessly with clients via phone, chat, email, and back office systems. Provide expert advice and anticipate client needs while adhering to travel policies. Collaborate with your team to achieve business metrics focused on customer satisfaction and service standards. What We Seek A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in business travel, and deep knowledge of fares and ticketing for air, hotel, and car services. Commitment to delivering excellence in client service through proactive engagement. Proficient experience in Apollo and Galileo GDS. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Integrity in handling traveler information. Thorough understanding of the travel industry; experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation preferred. Able to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and independently. Team player with a willingness to receive constructive feedback. Note: Our Traveler Care unit operates 24/7, and we are specifically looking to fill positions for evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Location United States The base salary range for this position is from $46,200.00 to $85,800.00. This range reflects the expected salary based on the role's complexity and the chosen candidate's relevant experience, skills, and work location. In addition to the generous base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus reflecting individual and/or company performance.
