The Payroll Specialist role will play a critical factor in driving efficiencies, effectiveness, and consistent delivery of high quality payroll initiatives. Colleague will be part of a team that manages complex issues end to end, driving resolution by coordinating and collaborating with internal Business Partners and Third Party Vendor. Support US Payroll in ensuring the integrity of the payroll transactionsAbility to explain and communicate intricate payroll procedures in nonprofessional termsEstablished working knowledge of every area of payroll processingLead, manage and support ad-hoc US Payroll projectsEnsures all employee and payroll information is kept confidential and trusted with sensitive informationCompile and perform data analysis and provide proactive solutions3rd Party Vendor relationshipDaily File MaintenancePayroll System misc. entries Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of Payroll experienceUnderstanding of payroll tax laws, processes and policiesKnowledge and/or ability to quickly learn US Payroll PlatformsProven ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and effectively drive resultsWill require flexibility to work with global teams across various time-zonesAbility to operate effectively in a fast moving and rapidly changing matrix environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to lead and conduct presentations with internal and external business partnersAbility to maintain confidentiality, work independently at times and handle stress effectively despite short time constrains while displaying a “can do” attitudeStrong analytical thinking, problem solving and project management skills desiredExcellent communications skills in order to effectively communicate project situations and to deal with and solve problems that affect project success Preferred Qualifications Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll (FPC) certification a plusKnowledge of MyInfo and Dayforce a plusProficiency in Excel and managing data Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
