Senior Project Manager - Design Build Water Services

In this vital role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the planning, design, and construction phases of large-scale water and wastewater facilities, along with environmental and stormwater projects. You will report directly to the South Region Delivery Leader and enjoy flexible work options. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitating clear communication between project leadership in design and construction. Managing complex multi-discipline water and wastewater projects valued over $100M, from initial concept through detailed design and construction. Cultivating strong relationships with major municipal clients in your region. Leading project delivery and pursuit teams to meet client objectives successfully. Collaborating with technical specialists and project teams to ensure project success and alignment with objectives. Assisting in the coordination and preparation of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) documents. Monitoring project budgets and schedules while proactively identifying and managing risks. Conducting high-level planning and programming analysis, including the preparation of technical documents. Promoting best practices in design build, with a focus on constructability, schedule adherence, and quantity management. Engaging with relevant professional societies to enhance client relationships. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of related experience. PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire. Willingness to travel as needed based on project requirements. Equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for a degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in alternative project delivery and integrated design build project management. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is advantageous. DBIA certification is beneficial. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proven project management experience in multi-disciplined water and wastewater design build projects. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
