Estimator

We are currently seeking an Estimator in the Beltsville, MD area for a Specialty Construction Contractor. We are looking for someone who has a strong background in the estimating field on masonry and concrete restoration projects. Candidates must have specific knowledge in bidding government and private work. Responsibilities: Interpret plans and specifications in order to provide timely quantity survey, pricing of material, equipment and other items for our scope of work in order to provide a complete conceptual estimates Prepare comprehensive construction bid summary Establish methods and company policies Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong organization skills Understanding conceptual estimating Knowledge of construction documents and methods Experience in estimating Experience with On Screen Take Off and Timberline Estimating Software Pay range $100,000 to 120,000 plus benefits.
