For more information about Nintendo, please visit the company’s website at Summary: This role is part of the IT: Infrastructure & Operations department at Nintendo of America (NOA). We are seeking an entry‑level IT Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day financial and operational activities within the IT organization. The position focuses on creating purchase requisitions, supporting intercompany billings, coding and processing invoices, and assisting IT teams with operational and administrative needs. The role works closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement to ensure accurate financial tracking and smooth operational execution. Description of Duties: Financial & Procurement Support Create and submit purchase requisitions for IT goods and services Code invoices accurately to the correct cost centers, projects, and accounts Intercompany Billing Support intercompany chargebacks and billings between business units Validate billing data for accuracy and completeness IT Operations Support Provide administrative and operational support to IT teams Maintain documentation for IT processes, vendors, and contracts Assist with tracking hardware, software, and service renewals Support basic reporting on IT spending and operational metrics Summary of Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic understanding of financial processes (invoicing, purchasing, budgeting) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools Clear written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with purchase requisition or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) preferred Exposure to IT environments or technology organizations preferred Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. This contract position includes the base pay range listed below and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits include eligibility for medical insurance, employee assistance program, and paid sick leave. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms. Benefits offerings will be confirmed at the time of offer by the employing agency, and may differ depending on the employing agency partner.
