Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations. Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the team. Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders. Analyze team performance metrics to drive enhancements. Support the development of innovative solutions to complex challenges. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Active Agile and Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or an equivalent. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Analytics preferred. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Experience acting as Scrum Master for Agile teams focused on Pegasystems application development and support. Ability to track team progress using Agile metrics. Excellent collaboration skills across functions and teams. Experience in backlog refinement and user story creation. Capability to identify and resolve team impediments quickly. Contribute to raising Agile maturity using frameworks like SAFe. Basic knowledge of Pegasystems Platform fundamentals. Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Rally, or Pega Agile Studio. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, dependent upon skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, along with a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and personal sick leave.
