Job Description Summary Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a FLIGHT DECK Program Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving innovative learning initiatives focused on enhancing the adoption of key FLIGHT DECK behaviors and principles. In this position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of engaging learning programs, including planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up, all while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Collaborating closely with our FLIGHT DECK Learning Designers and Capability Development Leader, you will implement impactful learning strategies, manage workflows efficiently, and respond to internal customer needs with agility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, showcasing strong experience in corporate learning and development coordination along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead the entire lifecycle of FLIGHT DECK learning programs, covering all aspects including planning, logistics, production, delivery, and post-session support. Develop, maintain, and refine standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all programs. Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions (scheduling, invitations/rosters, venue arrangements, materials, facilitator coordination, and vendor management). Collaborate with Learning Designers to prepare facilitator kits, evaluations, and enablement materials; set up offerings in LMS/LXP; oversee enrollments and monitor completion tracking. Track and maintain program data, including attendance, satisfaction metrics, adoption levels, and proficiency indicators, while generating insightful reports for continuous improvement. Assist with communications and change management efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged to enhance awareness, adoption, and learner experiences. Organize meetings and large-scale events, effectively managing vendor relationships and purchasing workflows in line with company procedures. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the user experience for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; or a high school diploma/GED coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate learning and development or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint; skilled in coordinating learning logistics. Ability to juggle multiple priorities, diverse stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a matrixed organizational environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset; comfortable managing vendor and external partner relationships. Desired Characteristics Experience in a Center of Excellence or matrix organization, adept at navigating complex structures and processes. Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and collaborating effectively across teams. Demonstrated success in coordinating large-scale programs or events that yield measurable outcomes. Familiarity with sourcing, purchase order processing, and basic LMS/LXP administration. Travel and Location Location/Work Arrangement: Remote; must reside within 40 miles of a major US airport. Travel: Up to 50% to various sites. The base pay range for this position is $77,000-$96,000, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses based on a percentage of the base salary. The application process closes on February 12th.
