Pay Range: - Minimum Qualifications to Join Our Team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver: Must be at least 21 years old. Minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years. Valid Class A CDL required. Willingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsement. No reckless driving convictions within the past 5 years. No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years. No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations within the past 12 months. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years. No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the last 3 years. Essential Job Functions Include: Opening and closing trailer doors (up to 46 lbs of force required). Hooking and unhooking trailers (up to 90 lbs of force required). Loading, unloading, or shifting freight as required (up to 54 lbs of force required). Conducting accurate freight counts and completing fuel tickets. Performing pre-trip inspections for safety and compliance. Entering and exiting commercial vehicles and trailers from the ground level.
