Jacobs is inviting applications for the role of Senior Project Management Lead, where you will leverage your extensive expertise in geospatial technologies and asset management systems. As the primary contact for both project and client interactions, you will be integral in ensuring successful project delivery and technical excellence. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and implementation of data-driven infrastructure, asset management, and transportation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in GIS and its application in facilitating efficient data collection for facility and transportation asset management projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to establish project scope, expectations, and deliverables effectively. Manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale geospatial data collection initiatives. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and ensure quality assurance protocols are met. Guide a diverse team of engineers, analysts, software developers, and field staff towards project goals. Lead the preparation of reports, presentations, and data visualizations tailored for decision-makers. Assist Sales teams in crafting and presenting persuasive project proposals to both existing and potential clients. Accurately estimate project timelines, team duties, costs, and more. Bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in the consulting industry, showcasing a successful track record in delivering major infrastructure and technology projects. Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred). Demonstrate proficiency in GIS platforms and related data management tools. Exhibit a strong ability to manage large, complex projects with a variety of stakeholders involved. Possess excellent communication, leadership, and client relations skills. Show aptitude in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting technical data in an understandable format for non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Knowledge of transportation asset management frameworks. Strong business development capabilities, including proposal writing and client engagement.
