Details Acute care setting at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Outpatient physical therapy department Evaluates and treats a variety of outpatient cases Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday No weekend or holiday shifts required No floating to other units or departments 8-hour shifts; 13-week contract Charting via Epic EMR Requirements Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required Current BLS/CPR certification required Active PT license required if applicable Experience with Epic EMR preferred Outpatient PT experience preferred but not required Two professional references required: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and one from a peer or supervisor within the last 3 years in the specialty Active certifications required at time of consideration; no pending certifications accepted Additional Information Primary responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of a varied outpatient caseload One-week department orientation provided, with patient caseload beginning within the first few days All clinicians are required to badge in and out at the facility Dress code: polo (ceil blue, khaki, gray, or chocolate brown) or business casual attire Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their consideration date Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are eligible to apply American Traveler Job ID #P-681138.
