Maintenance TechnicianCompany OverviewVIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE will operate cultivation and manufacturing facilities in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.Position Summary/ObjectiveVIBE Cannabis is seeking a hands-on, experienced individual for the role of Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for facility, equipment, and building operations to ensure good working order and compliance with all government regulations. This position will report directly to the Maintenance Director to ensure upkeep of the facility, through performing a variety of maintenance functions in and around the facility which includes providing routine emergency and scheduled maintenance to the building and associated equipment. The Maintenance Technician will perform manual tasks, preventive maintenance and maintain facility in top condition while assisting others on the team. Responsibilities Daily oversight of all mechanical equipment.Monitor common areas of the facility keeping them safe and clean from construction debris, garbage and waste inside the facility, yard, and parking lotsConduct building tours, maintain equipment logs, and report deficiencies for corrective action to the facilities managerExecute preventative maintenance and maintain future schedulingEscort third party contractors as facility liaisonUtilize, maintain and repair power tools and mobile equipmentBasic plumbing repairsMonitor and service ventilation equipment including inspection, repair or installation of all AC units and dehumidifiers through the facility. Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.Maintain a professional, safe, and clean environment, and follow all site standards and health and safety rules and regulationsTake instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the management Respond immediately to emergency situations and service requestsMaintain general facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessaryReports damages, defects, and other issues to the Director or MaintenanceAssists with the operation and management of sanitation areas when needed.
