A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Recruiting Operations Specialist Position type: Full-time, Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension Location: Davidson, NC Job Description The Recruiting Operations Specialist is the engine behind a seamless, world?class hiring experience. In this role, you'll collaborate across the full talent ecosystem-Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Candidates, Vendors, and COEs to ensure that every step, from position planning to interview execution, feels effortless, inclusive, and memorable. What You'll DoBe the orchestrator of interviews, partnering with key stakeholders to coordinate schedules, manage logistics, oversee candidate travel and expenses, and guide candidates through a smooth, transparent process. Support position planning efforts across the Americas, ensuring roles move from request to launch efficiently. Champion an exceptional candidate experience by building strong, trust-driven partnerships with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders. Equip interview teams for success by providing the tools, resources, and insights they need to accurately assess talent and make informed hiring decisions. Coach and empower stakeholders to follow best?practice processes, prioritize inclusion, and continuously improve the recruitment journey. Contribute to significant hiring initiatives, helping bring HR Solutions and Talent Acquisition strategies to life. Drive innovation by identifying process enhancements, introducing smarter ways of working, and elevating service delivery through agility and collaboration. Serve as a problem?solver and troubleshooter, resolving everything from routine questions to complex operational challenges through deep understanding of organizational processes, HR workflows, and vendor relationships. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a similar fast?paced, partnership?focused role. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy, operational excellence, and proactive problem?solving. Confidence using HR technology and tools; Workday experience is a plus. Adaptability and resilience, thriving in an environment with shifting priorities and continuous change. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. A standout customer service orientation, with excellent time management and organizational abilities to support a high volume of candidate interactions.
