This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the exploration and asset strategy, developing the team, and influencing capital allocation. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on the market valuation of the business and will serve as a key technical advisor to the board, particularly in the area of third-party due diligence. The role is highly strategic, with a focus on geology and exploration being integral to the company's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in senior mining exploration leadership across hard-rock commodities, including critical minerals, base metals, and precious metals. They must have a proven track record of advancing assets through value-adding exploration stages and be comfortable operating at both the board and capital-markets level. Experience in building and leading multidisciplinary exploration teams is essential.
