Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 03/09/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Key Requirements Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current PT experience is Required. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience is Preferred. Licensure: Active Arizona state PT license is Required at the time of submission. Certifications: Must hold an active BLS (AHA or American Red Cross). License Standing: Profile must show No License Hits. Residency Restriction: Candidates with an Arizona home address on their Driver’s License will not be considered for this travel role.
