As a large organization, they are focused on providing reliable and efficient IT solutions to support their operations and clients. Job Description Execute daily and nightly batch operations and ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs. Perform hands-on troubleshooting, incident response, and rootcause analysis for operational issues. Implement change requests, system updates, and configuration modifications in accordance with IT policies. Maintain operational documentation, inventory, and system logs. Support activities related to IT risk management, IT controls, and regulatory examinations. Collaborate with teams on BCP, patch management, cyber security controls, and thirdparty management. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and regulators (e.g., OCC, Federal Reserve). Assist in remediation and corrective action plans to address regulator feedback. The Successful Applicant Fluent in English and Mandarin (strong written English + strong spoken Mandarin). Experience in IT operations, IT helpdesk, system administration, cyber security, or data management. Solid understanding of: IT management & IT risk frameworks Cyber security practices Inventory & patch management Incident response & BCP Thirdparty risk Experience communicating with U.S. regulators (OCC, Federal Reserve) is highly preferred. Familiarity with regulatory standards: NIST FFIEC CAT (Cybersecurity Assessment Tool) COBIT5 Strong handson technical ability- this is not a project management role . Proficiency in Python or Java programming. This role is on-site 5x a week and must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder. What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $38 USD.
