Supply Chain Analyst Supply Chain Analyst Wetumpka, AL JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will report to the Sr. Director of IBP & Procurement. This role will support the organization's goal of creating a best-in-class Supply Chain department at the corporate level. This role will be largely project based and require a self-motivated individual to be successful, and one who excels in a team / collaborative environment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Education: A college degree in a related field and/or relevant working experience Experience: Relevant working experience for 2+ years Required Skills: A positive attitude and appetite to learn / contribute to a team Expert in Microsoft Excel or related data analytic tool(s) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks Great analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient at supply chain management Requires going from office to the manufacturing floor on a regular basis Comfortable in creating and giving presentations Can work well with all levels of an organization ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Understand, identify and lead key opportunities from a quantitative, data-driven perspective to foster collaboration and continuous improvement within our Supply Chain team Procurement, Planning, Logistics & Materials Management Help create and lead reporting to be standardized throughout the Supply Chain team Help create processes and governance around standardized tools Timely and accurate input and maintenance of data to information systems Demonstrates regular and reasonable attendance and timeliness in reporting to work, meetings and assignments Interacts and works well with others to build strong relationships Great company, competitive starting salary + benefits!
