Local Contract Physical Therapist - $38-52 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in white plains, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 04/05/2026 Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings, flexible Employment Type: Local Contract Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Nassau County, NY Employment Type: Full-Time and/or Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Nassau County, NY. This role requires travel between multiple office locations within Nassau County. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Part-time schedule to start: 2 weekdays per week, with potential to expand based on availability and patient volume. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies Travel between office locations within Nassau County as required Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New York (required) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Schedule Options Part-Time: 2 weekdays per week to start Full-Time: Available based on candidate preference Travel required between Nassau County offices About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
