Job Title: Payor Credentialing Analyst Shift/Location: Remote , M-F 8am-4:30pm Interview: Virtual Equipment Provided: No, contractor must supply their own equipment (a laptop ). Must also have Microsoft/Excel package included on computer. JOB SUMMARY: Provide technical and analytical functions related to data maintenance of the primary source of institutional practitioner data. Ensure the integrity of data and information kept in the provider number database. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -At least 2 years working with EPREP Maryland Medicaid system, we need access to the IDX (Billing system) for them. Also, excel experience to be able to work on the provider delegated roster. - High School / GED JOB RESPONSIBILTIES The project will involve verifying and updating provider information across IDX, ePREP, and LBH's roster systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely processing of claims starting January 2026. Perform payor credentialing functions for applicable providers via electronic methods. Initiate payor enrollment applications via online sources. Contact providers for online approval of payor enrollment forms. Track provider numbers generated by third party managed care companies and enter into Echo credentialing software. Manage login/passwords for NPI and PECOS systems for all LBH providers. Track Medicare & Medicaid revalidation status. Ensure compliance with all Federal provider enrollment programs. Works independently on projects requiring complete responsibility for project completion. Participates on projects as required. Communicates consistently to Credentialing Site Manager, Payer & Credentialing Coordinators and Director regarding needed actions. Work closely with Payer & Credentialing Coordinator to assist with delegated credentialing functions and expedite submission of reports. Inform hospital systems of provider numbers for billing purposes (PDI, GE/IDX, etc. ) Assist the Department to maintain an accurate, comprehensive credentialing database. Prepare various high-level reports from physician profiles utilizing credentialing software. Maintain system dictionaries to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness for data integrity. Provides internal support and dictionary/data management of the Echo Credentialing software and system. Maintains reporting templates and monitors data to ensure consistent and accurate provider information. Responsible for scheduled report preparation for compliance with credentialing standards and delegated credentialing timelines. Display high quality customer service to internal and external customers. Respond to all customers within one business day. Display an understanding and awareness of the Hospital's Mission and Vision Statements. Display a commitment to the value of teamwork by building strong relationships with internal and external customers. Collaborates in the performance of duties to promote a unified and spirited workplace. Observe established LBH and departmental policies and procedures, objectives and quality assurance requirements.
