As a Senior Product Manager for the User Interface Platform, you will play a key role in designing user experiences that simplify the management of complex applications at scale. Your focus will be on developing reusable interfaces that boost user engagement and support revenue growth, while also exploring cutting-edge AI and chatbot integrations. Your Responsibilities: Formulate a strategic vision that aligns UI development with our long-term goals of making our data streaming platform indispensable for organizations. Collaborate with engineering teams to build and implement a realistic product roadmap that meets our strategic objectives. Conduct user research through interviews and data analysis to define user personas, journeys, and essential tasks. Collaborate across various teams to promote a unified vision and direction that encompasses engineering, product, business development, support, sales, and marketing. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing multi-company, cross-functional projects from initiation through launch and beyond. Establish measurable goals and assess product performance, utilizing insights to inform ongoing development processes. Navigate the complexities of a fast-paced product environment while delivering value and meeting ambitious partnership objectives. Your Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management. Experience in developing user experience features for enterprise cloud products is essential. Familiarity with LLM or GenAI technologies is a plus. Proven track record of creating and defending a coherent product roadmap supported by user stories and insights. Excellent communication skills and experience in a collaborative, consensus-building environment. Strong relationship management skills with colleagues and clients globally.
