Description What You Will Do to Change Lives At Gateway to Recovery, we know that you can't focus on mental wellness if you don't know where you're sleeping tonight. As our Housing Coordinator, you are the logistical heartbeat of our program. You navigate the complex world of housing vouchers, eligibility, and inspections to ensure approximately 50 members have a safe, stable place to call home. The Voucher Expert: You'll lead the charge on applications and paperwork, ensuring our members meet eligibility and secure the vouchers they need to thrive. The Regulatory Navigator: You'll apply your knowledge of Federal, State, and local housing rules to keep the leasing process moving forward without hitches. The Quality Guardian: From certifications to re-certifications and housing inspections, you ensure that every unit meets the standards our members deserve. The Collaborative Partner: You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate housing activities, ensuring that "housing first" isn't just a phrase, but a reality. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Full-Time Expected starting wage range is $25.00 - $30.50/hr.Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience providing housing services to clients or Associates Degree in social services field and three (3) years of experience providing housing related services to behavioral health clients or five (5) years of experience providing housing related services to behavioral health clients Must understand and apply of Federal, State, and local housing rules and regulations Knowledgeable of cultural and socio-economic factors that inform service provision to persons with behavioral health issues Must be at least 18 years of age Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate) All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
